Workshop on "Youth In Red Cross Movement"

Some glimpse of successful completion of workshop on Youth In Red cross Movement" organized by NRCS Ganabahal Sub-Chapter, NRCS Sitapaila Sub-Chapter, NRCS Chandragiri Sub-Chapter, NRCS Bramhatole Sub-Chapter. Representative from Nepal Government Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Develpoment Mr. Amar Dip Sunuwar, Mr. Bal Krishna Sedgai (NRCS HQ Junior/Youth red cross Department), Mr. Narayan Lamichanne (NRCS HQ Organization Development Department) gave presentations on Youth’s Importance and Organizational development. Board Members and representatives from 11 Sub-Chapters were present in workshop.

13 General Assembly

Some glimpse of 13th General Assembly of NRCS Ganabahal Sub-Chapter. 

• Members:

          As of Fiscal Year 072/073, 577 members have obtained membership from NRCS Ganabahal.

• Blood Donation:

Total of 359 pint blood was collected through 6 Blood Donation Camps was organized in fiscal year 073/074 in coordination with:

1. Sankata Saving & Credit Co-operative.
2. NRCS Ganabahal Sub-Chapter on Red Cross Day.
3. Times International College.
4. Restless Development Nepal.
5. Sunrise Bank / Narayani National Finance Limited.
6. Clubist Volunteer Khusibu.

• Health Service/ First Aid Camps

First aid Camps and health camps was organized in various occassions:

1. Teej - First Aid Camp
2. Upaku - First Aid Camp
3. Indrajatra - First Aid Camp
4. Seto Machendranath Jatra - First Aid Camp
5. Nepal Red Cross Day - Free Health Camp

• Workshop

Workshop on "Blood Donor Motivation Program" was conducted in coordination with Central Blood Transfusion Service (CBTS) and National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL).

In order to stop the Misuse of Red Cross Emblem, Sub-Chapter is monitoring its working area.
